Shipping Times

Please allow 4-10 business days for your order to arrive: 1-2 for processing, and 2-8 for Media Mail (Economy) shipping.

Once processed, we use USPS Media Mail for all shipments under 25lbs. If there is an issue with your package delivery, please contact USPS. You can also let us know about the problem at hello@chapterhousebookstore.com so we can fix future issues.

Local Delivery Times

Most deliveries within Amarillo will be fulfilled within 1-3 days of your order.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order. Once processed, we will hand deliver your order to your doorstep. If there is something preventing us from delivering your package, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery. If we have made 3 total unsuccessful attempts or cannot reach you, we will hold the package for 14 days from the date of the first delivery attempt, after which it will return to our shelves and a refund will be issued to your account.
